KODI CO., LTD (KOSDAQ:A080530), KSY Co., Ltd., Core Key Value Fund 1, Kyungnam Park and others acquired 38.4% in HDPRO Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A214870) from Intelligent Digital Integrated Security Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A143160), Jinho Jung and Youngdal Kim on April 21, 2017. As per terms, Intelligent Digital Integrated Security Co., Ltd. sold 2.1 million shares for KRW 24.8 billion and post completion does not hold shares, KSY Co., Ltd. acquired 1.2 million shares for KRW 100 million, Core Key Value Fund 1 acquired additional 0.29 million shares for KRW 3.4 billion, KODI acquired 0.86 million shares for KRW 10 billion, Kyungnam Park acquired 0.28 million shares, Youngdal Kim sold 0.06 million shares and Jinho Jung sold 0.12 million shares. The transaction is funded from retained funds and borrowings or loans. The Board of Directors of Intelligent Digital Integrated Security Co., Ltd. resolved the transaction on April 21, 2017. Doore Accounting Corporation acted as external rating institution in the transaction.

KODI Co.,LTD., formerly KODI-S CO.,LTD. is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the manufacturing of semiconductor testing equipment. The Company operates its business under two segments: display segment and energy segment.
