IDIS Holdings Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A054800) agreed to acquire an additional 6.17% stake in Intelligent Digital Integrated Security Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A143160) for KRW 11.5 billion on April 17, 2013. IDIS Holdings will acquire 0.19 million shares of Intelligent Digital. IDIS Holdings Co already had 41.09% stake in Intelligent Digital Integrated Security Co. The Board of IDIS Holdings resolved the deal on April 17, 2013. The acquisition is expected to complete by April 25, 2013.
