Sports Venues of Florida, Inc. (OTCPK:BTHR) entered into an agreement to acquire Live Youth Sports Network for $0.1 million on May 7, 2019. The consideration for 100% stake in Live Youth Sports Network is valued at $5.5 million in exchange for 440,000 shares of its common stock valued at $12.50 per share. Upon closing, LYSN, Inc., will become a wholly owned subsidiary with John V. Whitman Jr., its sole director and Shane Jones, LYSN founder, to remain as the company’s President and Chief Operating Officer.
Sports Venues of Florida, Inc. (OTCPK:BTHR) cancelled the acquisition of Live Youth Sports Network on December 4, 2019. The acquisition agreement between LYSN Inc. and Sports Venues of Florida, Inc. was officially terminated on March 2, 2020.
GGToor, Inc. is engaged in the business of esports, youth sports and family sports entertainment markets. The Company operates through two segments: Global eSports Operations and Virtual Real Estate Operations. Global eSports Operations segment consists of the operations of the Companyâs wholly owned subsidiary, Shadow Gaming, Inc.
