Fortran Corp. announced it has named Todd Rankin, the former President of CCI-Telecom Inc., to the new role of Chief Operations Officer - Communications Division. Mr. Rankin's responsibilities will include the management of the telecommunications integration teams, new product and service development and customer relations.
