Fastout AB announced that it has received SEK 10.13 million in funding from New Equity Venture International AB and other investors.

Fastout AB announced a private placement of 1,500,000 shares with SEK 6.750333 for gross proceeds of SEK 10,125,500 on October 2, 2015. The transaction included participation from existing investor, New Equity Venture International AB, which subscribed to 300,000 shares for SEK 2,025,100. After the transaction, the investor holds 14.2% stake the votes and capital of the company.
