?Melbourne, Florida, October 2, 2012 - Embraer Executive
Jet customers will meet in Bangalore and Abu Dhabi in early
October as the Company brings them together for two Embraer
Executive Operators Conferences (EEOC), part of a series of
worldwide operator conferences scheduled each year.
The Asia Pacific EEOC is dedicated to the entry-level
Phenom 100 and the light Phenom 300 and is scheduled for
October 3, 2012 in Bangalore, India. The Middle East EEOC,
planned for October 9-10 in Abu Dhabi, UAE, will focus on
the ultra-large Lineage 1000 and large Legacy 650 and
super-midsize Legacy 600.
"As our executive jet family of operators grows, it is
increasingly important to maintain close relationships,"
André Luis Vieira de Sousa, Director, Customer Support &
Services for Asia Pacific - Embraer Executive Jets said of
the Phenom conference. "This is the second time we will
host the Phenom EEOC in Asia-Pacific and it is one of the
most important ways we communicate because face-to-face
meetings help improve the service and operation of our
aircraft as part of our commitment to their success as
operators."
Both conferences will cover the latest technical,
maintenance and flight operations updates and will give the
customers the opportunity for a useful exchange of key
observations and suggestions through interactive workshops
and panel sessions. Operator conferences have also been
held in Latin America and in Europe and a North American
operators conference is scheduled for November.
"The EEOC is a key tool for us to receive feedback," said
Pedro Paiva, Vice President Customer Support & Services for
Europe, Middle East and Africa - Embraer Executive Jets.
"It is critical to helping us define processes and
solutions for the growing number of Embraer Executive Jet
operators and is one of the most important opportunities
for customers, operators, service centers and Embraer teams
to exchange information and gather ideas for better
operations."
Embraer has more than 500 Embraer executive jets operating
