Following the entry of activist investor Sachem Head, Delivery Hero has announced a reorganization and expansion of the Supervisory Board.

The food delivery company announced on Monday that Scott Ferguson, partner at Sachem Head, will join the board as an additional member at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for June 19. In addition, the current Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Martin Enderle, will step down on this date. His successor will be the outgoing head of the Norwegian media group Schibsted, Kristin Skogen Lund. However, Enderle is standing for re-election to the Supervisory Board in order to ensure a seamless handover of board management. In addition, Roger Rabalais, partner of Delivery Hero's major shareholder Prosus, is to replace the supervisor Patrick Kolek. The latter is no longer standing for election due to his departure from Prosus.
