Chorus Aviation Inc. announced that following the its annual and special meeting of shareholders held only on June 29, 2020, Richard Falconer was appointed Chairman of the Board. Richard McCoy stepped down as Chairman of the Board and will remain a director of Chorus to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders. Mr. McCoy will not seek re-election at next year’s meeting. Michael Rousseau chose not to stand for re-election this year. The company appointed Amos Kazzaz to its Board of Directors. He will replace Michael Rousseau. Mr. Kazzaz is currently the Senior Vice President, Finance at Air Canada, responsible for strategic procurement, strategic initiatives, fleet, corporate real estate, financial planning and analysis, cost reduction initiatives and financial support for all Air Canada branches.
