BBVA has hired Fernando Ruiz as the new director of Private Banking in Spain, replacing Jorge Gordo, who has been hired head of Resources and Synergies in the Wholesale Segments (corporate and business banking, institutions and real estate). Until now, Fernando Ruiz was responsible for Private Banking in the Northwest Territorial Division, a position he had held since 2016.
