ZIGExN Co., Ltd. (TSE:3679) agreed to acquire Struct Co., Ltd from Keito Noguchi, Ryota Aoki, Keisuke Iwatani, South Soei and Funahashi Jun on May 11, 2022. ZIGExN plan to use the cash on hand as consideration for 55,000 shares of Struct. The transaction has been approved by the President and Representative Director of ZIGExN and is expected to be completed on May 20, 2022.
