Western Yilgarn NL (ASX:WYX) executed a binding agreement to acquire Exploration licence E36/1028 in the centre of the Bulga project from St Barnabas Investments Pty Ltd for AUD 0.08 million on March 24, 2023. The consideration payable by the Western Yilgarn for the acquisition is a cash payment of AUD 0.027 million for reimbursement of recent exploration costs, the issue of 950,000 shares and 950,000 options (AUD 0.20, 3 years) and a 1.5% NSR royalty on any minerals extracted from E36/1028.
