April 29 (Reuters) - French media conglomerate Vivendi said on Monday that a feasibility study for the plan to split its business into four separate companies was progressing.

The option currently being examined is a partial split of Vivendi, where Canal+, Havas, and a company grouping its assets in publishing and distribution would become independently listed entities, while Vivendi would stay listed as an investment company, it said in a statement.
