On November 19, 2020, Vitzrosys. Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A054220) closed the transaction. The company also announced that it has amended the terms of the transaction. The company now issued 3,250,000 shares for proceeds of KRW 6,500,000,000. The transaction includes include participation from Woosu Precision Co.,Ltd for 2,475,000, JEIL Industrial Co., Ltd for 425,000 shares, Yoon-woo Jung for 100,000 shares, Youngjae Cho for 100,000 shares, Takkyo Jeong for 100,000 shares, and Hyun-do Park for 50,000 shares.
Vitzrosys. Co., Ltd is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture of automatic control equipment. The Company operates in two segments: smart infrastructure and plant. Its smart infrastructure segment involves in the information technology (IT) convergence and integration business, advanced green city business, new and renewable energy business, system integration (SI) business, smart grid business and high value added services. Its plant segment involves in the overseas engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), as well as plant operation and maintenance services.
