Vitzrosys. Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A054220) announced a private placement of 813,398 shares at a price of KRW 2,090 for gross proceeds of KRW 1,700,0001,820 on March 19, 2021. The company will raise funding through third party allocation increase. The payment date is March 29, 2021. The transaction has been approved by board of directors of the company. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Woosu Precision Co.,Ltd. which will acquire 574,163 shares and Futures Ivy Co., Ltd which will acquire 239,235 shares. The securities issued are subject to hold period of one year from issuance. Post the transaction, the total number of issued shares of the company will be increased to 21,606,776 shares.
