Visiomed Group announces the suspension of its listing following a press release issued by its subsidiary BewellConnect, which Visiomed considers to be 'misleading and defamatory'.

This suspension of our listing is to enable us to communicate rapidly", explains Visiomed Group, which denies "all the defamatory allegations made in the BewellConnect press release".

Our 2022 accounts have been audited, our Board resolutions and agreements within the Bewellthy joint venture, which owns 100% of BewellConnect, have been and still are carried out in due and proper form', asserts Visiomed, which believes that 'the misleading publication by BewellConnect's directors, in the week of August 15, on the eve of a weekend and by an unlisted company, is intended solely to damage Visiomed Group'.

Visiomed Group also wishes to reassure its shareholders as to its sound financial and operational health, highlighting the 41% increase in sales in the first half of 2023, as well as 'the numerous development steps initiated and successfully completed by the Group'.
