Vetrya [VTY.MI], Italian group, recognized leader in the development of digital services, cloud computing platforms, application solutions and broadband services, announced today that they have signed a contract with the Norwegian telecommunications operator Telenor, leader in Norwegian telecommunications market and active in 13 Countries for over 170 million of customers worldwide.

The agreement, reached through the company Vetrya Asia Pacific, located in Malaysia, will allow to extend the Group's digital services offer in India, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Serbia, Montenegro, Hungary, Bulgaria, Thailand, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Burma.

Telenor is the Norwegian's biggest telecommunications company, listed on the OBX index of Oslo Stock Exchange. It operates in Scandinavia, Asia, India and Europe. In addition, it owns the 37,7% ofVimpelCom.
