Vacasa, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was USD 379.08 million compared to USD 412.18 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 228.19 million compared to net income of USD 8.32 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 18.37 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of USD 0.73 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was USD 18.37 compared to diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of USD 0.72 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was USD 940.51 million compared to USD 969.79 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 255.11 million compared to USD 14.72 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 21.07 compared to USD 1.34 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was USD 21.07 compared to USD 1.34 a year ago.

The Company provides home care solutions provided directly to homeowners such as home maintenance and improvement services, linen and towel supply programs, supplemental housekeeping services, and other related services. The Company also provides other offerings, such as real estate brokerage services and residential management services to community and homeowner associations.
