Financial Results for the Fiscal Year 2023

Unibios Holdings Sales and Profit Growth plus Extraordinary Profit of €1.3 Million.

UNIBIOS HOLDINGS S.A. Group of Companies announced the financial results for the Fiscal Year 2023 in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs).

During the Fiscal Year 2023, consolidated sales of the UNIBIOS Group increased by 15.4%, i.e. from 11,244 thousand Euro to 12.977 thousand Euro. This increase is attributed to the increase in sales of the Watera International Group, which continued to strengthen its position in the international market.

Unibios Group's gross profit increased by 16.6% compared to the previous year and amounted to 4,889 thousand Euro, compared to 4.194 thousand Euro. The gross profit margin stood at 37.7%.

The Group's results before tax (EBT) for the Fiscal Year 2023 amounted to profits of 2,402 thousand Euro, boosted by net proceeds from the sale of the unexploited part of the Group's property in the First Industrial Area of Volos, against profits of 998 thousand Euro during the previous Fiscal Year.

Also, UNIBIOS Group, in 2023, achieved increased total profit after tax (PAT) of 2,045 thousand. Euro, compared to 638 thousand Euro in the previous financial year.

Finally, the Group's total EBITDA in 2023, excluding extraordinary income from the sale of real estate, was further strengthened and stood at 2,104 thousand. Euro or 16.1% of turnover.
