Trelleborg communicated on March 26, 2021, that the Businesses Under Development reporting segment is to be discontinued, since its operations have been largely divested or are intended to be divested during 2021. The new organization will be reflected in Trelleborg's first quarter report for 2021. In the financial statements, the remaining operations of the reporting segment are mainly reported as Assets held for sale or Group activities (formerly known as Group items). A smaller part is integrated into the Trelleborg Industrial Solutions business area. The other two business areas, Trelleborg Sealing Solutions and Trelleborg Wheel Systems are unaffected by the new reporting structure.
