The Construction activities segment includes the construction contracts, sales of construction related materials, rendering of construction related services and others. The Property development segment is engaged in the development of residential properties. The Hotel operations segment includes hotel related operations. The Others segment include investment holding. It engages in construction and infrastructure projects, such as rail infrastructure works, highways and roads, buildings, airport terminals, runways and facilities, port facilities, submarine base, bridges, among others. Its subsidiaries include Trans Resources Corporation Sdn. Bhd and TRC Land Sdn Bhd.
