Thai Vegetable Company Limited acknowledged the resignation of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kitcha Urairong, Independent Director and Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, due to his other business. His resignation was effective from May 1, 2023 onward.
In this regard, the Company will proceed to appoint the qualified and experienced Independent Director in replacement of the resigned director and will subsequently notify the Stock Exchange of Thailand on such matter.
