Tekcore Co., Ltd reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 118.61 million compared to TWD 155.96 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 9.07 million compared to TWD 8.6 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.18 compared to TWD 0.17 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.15 compared to TWD 0.17 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 248.18 million compared to TWD 362.7 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 10.88 million compared to TWD 5.54 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.21 compared to TWD 0.11 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.19 compared to TWD 0.11 a year ago.
TEKCORE CO., LTD is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and sales of gallium nitride (GaN) blue, green and ultraviolet light emitting diode (LED) epitaxial wafers and chips. The Company's main products include GaN/gallium arsenide (GaAs) chips, quaternary products, related parts and materials and others. The Company is also involved in the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) business. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets, including the rest areas of Asia and others.
