The professionals of TATNEFT Company have become absolute winners of the VIth International Engineering Championship 'CASE-IN' in the Young Professionals League.

Awards to the winners in the framework of the youth day of the Russian Energy Week have been presented by Alexander Novak, Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation.

According to the results of all three stages and the total amount of points scored, TATNEFT was recognized as the winner of the 2018 Young Professionals League of 'CASE-IN'.

Teams of young professionals from structural divisions of TATNEFT Company took part in all stages of the League of Young Professionals 'CASE-IN' Championship with the following results:
- Stage 1 (Moscow) 'The Stage of the Young Professionals League in the framework of the finals of the Student League of the 'International Engineering 'CASE-IN'- Championship' - 1st place (TATIQ team);
- Stage 2 (Kazan) 'The Stage of the Young Professionals League of in the framework of the Youth Scientific and Technical Conference 'Youth Visioning of the Electric Power Industry'- 1st place (TATNEXT team);
- Stage 3 (Moscow) 'The Stage of the Young Professionals League in the Youth Day framework of the International Forum on Energy Efficiency and Energy Development of the 'Russian Energy Week' - 2nd place (TATIQ team).

The teams included the following young professionals:
'TATIQ' team: Daniyar Oktyabrev (Head the of Team), Chief Professional of TODNG NGDU 'Almetyevneft'; Angela Karimova, Chief Professional of TORNiGM of NGDU 'Almetyevneft'; Elza Akhmetshina, Economist of PIUEPP Department of the of the Executive Office 'RID' Block; Anton Syurin, Junior Researcher, TatNIPIneft.

'TATNEXT' Team: Arthur Akhmetshin, Lead Geologist of the 'Geology of High-Viscosity Oil' Research and Production Center; Aliya Chukmarova Geophysicist of the 'Project' Research and Production Center; Arthur Takhauov, Geologist the 1st category of the reserves calculation group of the 'Stocks' Research and Production Center; Aidar Nogmanov, 1st category engineer of design and estimate group.

The 'CASE-IN' International Engineering Championship (League of Young Professionals) is the largest practice-oriented competition to solve engineering cases held among young professionals of enterprises of the fuel and energy and resources complexes of Russia and the CIS countries.

The championship pursues the objective of apprasing professional knowledge and leadership skills, as well as personal competences of young professionals of the companies.
