The Japan segment is involved in the provision of variable valve timing and lift electronic control system (VTEC) rocker arm assemblies, synchronizer rings and springs, piston pins, crank pins, ball races, outboard retainers, valve spring retainers, valve spring seats, valve seats, stators, cam followers, valve lifters and piston pumps, among others, as well as the sale of automobiles under Civic, Odyssey and Fit names. The America segment provides variable valve timing and lift electronic control system (VTEC) rocker arm assemblies, outboard retainers and roller assemblies. The Thailand segment provides piston pins, crank pins, ball races, valve spring retainers and shafts, among others. The India segment engage in the manufacture of automobile parts. The Vietnam segment is engaged in the manufacture of piston pins, crankpins and others.
