Takebishi Corporation (TSE:7510) signed a contract to acquire Umezawa Musen Denki Co.,Ltd. from Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (TSE:6503), Sansei Technos Co.,Ltd., Tachibana Eletech Co. Ltd. (TSE:8159), Hideyuki Umezawa and other shareholders on March 30, 2020. For the year ended March 31, 2019, Umezawa Musen Denki Co.,Ltd. reported total revenue of ¥83.38 billion. The transaction is expected to be completed on April 1, 2020.
