Loan against property provides liquidity in hand thus allowing customers to leverage the value of its fixed property. It provides SRG Wealth Loan, which is offered to salaried persons or businessmen against mortgage of immovable properties for such purposes as may be desired by the borrower, and SRG New Avenue Loan, which is the loan for the purchase and/or construction of a non-residential and commercial property. Its builder's loans include SRG Builder's Construction Loan and SRG Land Development Loan.
