In order to accelerate the company's digital transformation and conduct the new technological challenges for advertisers, a change in the organisation of PagesJaunes Groupe is being set up:

Christophe Pingard, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of PagesJaunes Groupe is now CEO of

PagesJaunes;

Nicolas Gauthier, Director of "Business Solutions" (Information System and Internet Advertisers

Technologies - Adnet) is now a member of the Executive Committee of PagesJaunes Groupe;

Belen Moscoso del Prado is taking over the Website new department of PagesJaunes Groupe.

Christophe Pingard: Chief Executive Officer of the subsidiary PagesJaunes

Succeeding to Jean-Pierre Remy, who became Chairman and CEO of PagesJaunes Groupe in December, Christophe Pingard will have the tasks of managing strategy, increasing revenue and handling the transformation projects.

Christophe Pingard joined PagesJaunes Groupe as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and took over management of the Advertising Division in November 2011. He began his career at Steelcase Strafor where he spent 12 years, fulfilling in particular the position of CEO for France and Eastern Europe. In 2001, he joined Egencia and in 10 years made it one of the leaders in online business travel services. He held the role of CEO for France before becoming Senior Vice- President, in charge of all of the activities in Europe and in the Asia-Pacific region. Christophe Pingard is 48 years old and has a Master's degree in management, as well as a DESS diploma in Quality and innovation management.

Nicolas Gauthier: Director of "Business Solutions" (Information System and Internet Advertisers Technologies - Adnet) and a member of the Executive Committee of PagesJaunes Groupe

This appointment reflects the importance of technologies within the Group as a digital company and their strategic contribution in its relations with its customers. Within the framework of accelerating the digital transformation of PagesJaunes Groupe, the "Business Solutions" department, managed by Nicolas Gauthier, has the task of developing digital services and technological solutions in order to conduct the digital development of the Group's advertisers in France and abroad.

Nicolas Gauthier has over 17 years of experience in developing innovative activities and services based on technologies. He joined PagesJaunes Groupe in 2010, and is currently at the head of "Business Solutions". Before that, he began his career in the Telecoms activity at Bossard Consultants, then joined Accenture where he intervened in the Telecom, Media and Internet sectors for 8 years. Since 2006, Nicolas Gauthier was Vice-President at Capgemini Consulting in charge of the TechnoStrategy business unit, steering the digital transformations of Capgemini's customers. Nicolas Gauthier is 42 years old and holds an engineering degree from Esigetel.

Belen Moscoso del Prado: Director of the new Website department of PagesJaunes Groupe

Reporting to Nicolas Gauthier, Belen Moscoso del Prado is heading up this new department in order to strengthen PagesJaunes Groupe's leadership in creating and managing professional, fixed and mobile Websites, enabling companies to develop their digital communication. By mixing expertise in marketing and technologies, this department also has the task of designing digital offerings complementary to the Websites in order to meet advertiser's new expectations.

Belen Moscoso del Prado was previously Director of Strategy, M&A and Partnerships in the Group's Strategy, Partnership and External Relations department of the Group since 2010. She began her career with the Walt Disney Company in Spain as Communications Manager for Spain and Portugal before joining Disneyland Paris in 1997 as an Analyst in the Europe Marketing and Sales Strategy department. In 2000, she joined the strategy consulting firm Bain
& Company as a Project Manager, then joined Europcar France, eight years later, as Strategic Change Programme
Manager.
She is 39 years old and has a Master's degree in International Economics from the Carlos III University of Madrid.
