The Annual Shareholders' Meeting of SODEXO (Paris:SW) will be held at 4:30 pm on Monday, January 21, 2013 at the Palais des Arts et des Congrès in Issy les Moulineaux - 25 avenue Victor Cresson - 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux.

The prior notice of this Shareholders' Meeting, including the agenda and the text of the proposed resolutions, has been published on December 14, 2012 in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO-French bulletin of legal notices) in accordance with article R.225-73 of the French Commercial Code. The convening notice has been published in the BALO and the legal newspaper Les Petites Affiches on January 4, 2013. The conditions for participating and voting at this Shareholders' Meeting are included in the above mentioned notices.

The documents and information related to this Shareholders' Meeting are made available to shareholders in accordance with the applicable regulation and, in particular, information provided by article R.225-73-1 of the French Commercial Code may be consulted on the website www.sodexo.com (Finance section).
