Silicon Optronics, Inc. announced earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2019. For the full year, the company announced total revenue was TWD 2,294.110 million compared to TWD 2,034.267 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 156.051 million compared to TWD 180.054 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 156.010 million compared to TWD 157.432 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 2.01 compared to TWD 2.17 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 2 compared to TWD 2.15 a year ago.
Silicon Optronics, Inc. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the development and distribution of complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) image sensors and modules. The Company's products include Video Graphics Array (VGA) area CMOS image sensors, high definition (HD) /Full HD area CMOS image sensors, two Mb/five Mb/eight Mb area CMOS image sensors and 1200/2400 dots per inch (dpi) linear CMOS image sensor/modules. The Company's products are applied in digital cameras, mobile phones, surveillance cameras and other image scanning products. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
