(Alliance News) - Recordati Spa reported that in the days from May 10 to May 17, it purchased 75,462 of its own shares.
The weighted average price was EUR51.03 per share for a value of about EUR3.8 million.
Recordati closed the session in the red by 0.4 percent at EUR50.35 per share.
