(Alliance News) - Recordati on Thursday reported that--in the week of Dec. 27 to Jan. 2--it purchased 12,530 of its own ordinary shares.
The weighted average price was EUR48.35 per share, amounting to about EUR606,000.
Recordati closed Thursday's session in the green by 1.0 percent at EUR48.52 per share.
