RealTech AG announced consolidated earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2014. The company recorded Group revenue in fiscal year 2014 of EUR 35.9 million against EUR 39.1 million in 2013, a fall of 8%. IT consulting business fell 6% to EUR 24.2 million against EUR 25.7 million a year ago. Revenue from the sale of software decreased 13% to EUR 11.7 million against EUR 13.5 million a year ago. The operating profit (EBIT) was negative EUR 1.3 million, although to a much lesser extent than in the previous year against EUR 6.5 million a year ago. Compared with the previous year, the EBIT increased in most REALTECH countries. The EBIT was slightly below the previous year's level only in New Zealand. While all foreign REALTECH companies finished the 2014 fiscal year with a positive EBIT, in Germany REALTECH recorded a negative operating profit. REALTECH AG's net profit in the 2014 fiscal year was EUR 0.0 million, as in the previous year.

Group revenue in the fourth quarter of 2014 decreased by 3% compared with the same quarter of the previous year to EUR 10.6 million against EUR 10.9 million a year ago. This change was a result of various developments: revenue from IT consulting rose by 21% to EUR 7.1 million against EUR 5.8 million a year ago. By contrast, revenue for software solutions decreased by 31% to EUR 3.5 million against EUR 5.0 million a year ago. Operating profit (EBIT) improved from negative EUR 3.0 million to negative EUR 0.1 million. At EUR 0.2 million, EBITDA achieved a slightly positive value, following negative EUR 2.5 in the fourth quarter of 2013.
