Precision Wires India Limited announced that it will issue 52,03,630 equity Shares at an issue price of INR 73.29 per share for the gross proceeds of INR 381,374,043 on Preferential basis on February 15, 2023. The transaction included participation from Four Dimensions Securities (India) Limited for 2601815 and Four Dimensions Securities (India) Limited for 2601815 equity shares. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
