On August 20, 2021, the previously announced transactions for Pintec Technology Holdings Limited ('PINTEC' or the 'Company') to acquire Riche Bright Securities Limited ('RB') and Shenzhen Jishengtai Technology Co. Ltd ('JST') were terminated by mutual agreement.
