bought 2,500 Orkla shares at an average price of NOK 79.09 per share. The shares
were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Following this transaction, Liselott
Kilaas and related parties own 12,500 shares in Orkla.

Roger Vangen, Employee representative on the Board, has today, 22 February 2021,
bought 275 Orkla shares at an average price of NOK 79.00 per share. The shares
were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Following this transaction, Roger
Vangen and related parties own 9,514 shares in Orkla.
