Mesiniaga Berhad announced that on 14 December 2022, it signed and accepted the Letter of Award from Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) to Develop, Supply, Implementation, Training, Support, Warranty and Maintenance of Corporate Registry System (CRS). The total value of the Contract is MYR 43,617,722.70 inclusive of SST. The Contract performance period is from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2026.

There is no automatic renewal clause in the Contract. The Contract will not affect the share capital and substantial shareholders' shareholdings of the Company; however, it is expected to contribute positively to the Group's earnings and net assets for the financial year ending 31 December 2023 onwards until the expiry of the Contract.
