Mercedes-Benz Group announces that it has renewed its €11 billion syndicated credit facility with a consortium of international banks for five years, with two one-year extension options, thus securing its financial position until 2029.

Despite high interest rates, Mercedes-Benz believes it has obtained favorable terms and reduced the number of participating banks.

The consortium of 32 banks from Europe, Asia and America, coordinated by Bank of America, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank and MUFG, underlines Mercedes-Benz's global orientation.
