Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders

On June 16, 2022, Lyft, Inc. (the "Company") held its annual meeting of stockholders (the "Meeting"). The stockholders of the Company voted on the following four proposals at the Meeting, each of which is more fully described in the Company's definitive proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 29, 2022:

1.To elect three Class III directors to serve until the 2025 annual meeting of stockholders and until their successors are duly elected and qualified;

2.To ratify the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the Company's fiscal year ending December 31, 2022;

3.To approve, on an advisory basis, the compensation of the Company's named executive officers; and



4.A stockholder proposal regarding a report disclosing certain lobbying
expenditures and activities.
