Luoyang Northglass Technology Co.,Ltd (SZSE:002613) agreed to acquire remaining 25% stake in Luoyang North Glass Taixin Fan Technology Co., Ltd from Senfon Electronic Manufacturing Co., Ltd for CNY 12.3 million on May 17, 2018. After the transaction, Luoyang North Glass Taixin Fan will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Luoyang Northglass. Luoyang North Glass. Taixin reported total assets of CNY 76.69 million, net assets of CNY 55.42 million, revenue of CNY 83.27 million, operating profit of CNY 8.05 million and net profit of CNY 7.3 million as of December 31, 2017. This acquisition was approved by the 22nd session of Luoyang Northglass’s 6th directorate.
