Locaweb Serviços de Internet S.A. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was BRL 282.51 million compared to BRL 184.29 million a year ago. Net income was BRL 13.26 million compared to BRL 3.58 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was BRL 0.02 compared to BRL 0.01 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was BRL 0.02 compared to BRL 0.01 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was BRL 531.28 million compared to BRL 345.2 million a year ago. Net income was BRL 17.79 million compared to net loss of BRL 4.8 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was BRL 0.03 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of BRL 0.01 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was BRL 0.03 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of BRL 0.01 a year ago.
