São Paulo, April 09th, 2020 - Locaweb Serviços de Internet S.A. in compliance with CVM Instruction No. 358/2002 and in compliance with Circular Letter No. 7/2020-CVM /SEP, announces to its shareholders and to the market in general that Mr. Fernando Cirne, CEO, and Mr. Rafael Chamas, CFO and IRO, will participate in a Live Stream on April 13th 2021 at 6:00 pm (BRT), promoted by XP Investimentos to discuss, among other subjects, the tech market and the e-commerce in Brazil.
