NOTICE TO THE MARKET Atypical securities negotiations
São Paulo, March 16th, 2021 - Locaweb Serviços de Internet S.A. ("Company") informs that it received on March 16th, 2021 from B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão the Official Letter 321/2021-SLS ("B3 Official Letter"), with the following content:
"In view of the latest fluctuations registered with the securities issued by this company, the number of trades and the amount traded, as below, we request that you inform by Mar. 17, 2021 if there is any fact that you are aware of, that could justify them.
In response to the B3 Official Letter, the Company clarifies that there is no potential material fact that justifies the registered oscillation, as well as the greater number of stock negotiations on the trading sessions.
