LISI has named Emmanuel Viellard, currently executive vice president and CEO of the company, as the executive general manager of the group, effective March 1, 2016. The company has decided to adopt a new governance that separates the roles of Chairman of the Board and CEO. This new organization is intended to ensure a clear distinction between strategic direction, decision and control, which fall within the realm of the Board of Directors on the one hand, and the implementation of the Group's strategy, executive functions and operational functions, which are the responsibility of senior management.

Thus, as from March 1, 2016, Mr. Gilles Kohler, currently CEO of the company, will retain the non-executive chairmanship of the Board. As such, he will be in charge of the company's governance, will participate in the development of its strategy and will ensure the proper functioning of the Group's internal control. Emmanuel Viellard will primarily focus on developing the Group's strategy and presenting it to the Board of Directors; once such strategy is approved by the Board, he will see to its implementation; he will also be responsible for managing the company and its divisions and for handling their development, cohesion, and sustainability.

As from March 1, 2016, Jean-Philippe Kohler will work with Emmanuel Viellard and is maintained in his current role of manager of the Group's Internal Audit, an area extended to Finance, Safety & Environment, and Industrial Management. He will also retain responsibility for the management and the coordination of the Group's Human Resources.
