Lion Corporation (hereinafter "Lion") hereby announces that its Board of Directors passed a resolution at a meeting held today regarding changes in directors and their assignments. Details are as follows.

The changes described below are contingent on approval by the 161st Annual Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for March 30, 2022, and expected to be finalized by the Board of Directors at its meeting to be held right after said Meeting of Shareholders.
