• the actual dates for these events shall be promptly communicated to Bucharest Stock Exchange and updated in the financial calendar following the decision of the Board of Directors of SIF Banat-Crișana concerning the date of convening the General Meeting of Shareholders.

Should any changes of the aforementioned dates occur, caused by legislative changes or of other nature, the new proposed dates shall be declared in due time.
