Legrand SA Approves the Appointment of Clare Scherrer as Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of Audit Committee

Legrand SA shareholders approved the appointment of Clare Scherrer as an independent non-executive Director of Legrand SA, with immediate effect. Upon appointment Clare Scherrer has also become a member of Legrand SA's Audit Committee.
