Kumho Electric, Inc. (KOSE:A001210) agreed to acquire 49% stake in Brickmate Co., Ltd. for KRW 7.4 billion from Jongsu Oh, Minwook Kim, Jeon Jeon Won, Junho Seo and Wonil Lee on January 20, 2022. The consideration consists of cash payment of KRW 3.3516 billion for 456 shares and convertible bond payment of KRW 3.9984 billion for 544 shares. The transaction is expected to close on January 20, 2022.
