KUB Malaysia Berhad (KLSE:KUB) proposed to acquire 13.35% stake in Central Cables Berhad on January 8, 2024. The cash consideration for the Proposed CCB MGO will be wholly funded via KUB Malaysia Berhad internally generated funds. Transaction is expected to complete on April 30, 2024.

Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn Bhd acted as financial advisor to the non-interested Directors of the KUB Malaysia Berhad. Maybank Investment Bank Berhad acted as financial advisor to KUB Malaysia Berhad.
