KUB Malaysia Berhad is a Malaysia-based company, which is engaged in investment holding and provision of management services to its subsidiaries. The Companyâs divisions include Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and power sectors (Power) and Others. The LPG division is engaged in importation, bottling, marketing and distribution of liquefied petroleum gas. The Power division is engaged in manufacturing of cables and wires, and engineering civil works in the power sector. Others division includes business related to infrastructure solutions, supply, maintenance and ancillary services in information, communications and technology (ICT), property management services for several properties owned by the Company and investment holdings. It provides integrated solutions for telecommunications, spanning infrastructure development to the supply of ICT equipment and services to private and public sector clients. The Companyâs subsidiaries include Solar Gas Sdn Bhd, Peraharta Sdn Bhd, and others.
