Kerry Group PLC on Wednesday reported strong business volume growth in the third quarter of 2021, amid a continued gain in its retail channel and strong performance in food service.

The Ireland-based food company said volume at its taste-and-nutrition division grew by 6.3% in the period, while its consumer-foods business volume grew by 7.5%.

The company said its beverage markets achieved excellent growth, noting that the Americas had good overall volume growth and that Europe delivered a strong performance. Growth in the Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa region remained robust with varying conditions across the region, the company said.

"Our outlook for the full year is unchanged and we expect to deliver strong volume and earnings growth," Chief Executive Edmond Scanlon said.
